The Rotax FR125 Engine is a sealed spec engine based around a spec World wide kart racing series. 17hp, Water cooled, 125cc 2-stroke, digital ignition, 6 month limited warranty, electric start and no major rebuild for 50 hours. Addition of intake and exhaust restrictors bring this engine down to 13.5hp for Minimax drivers ages 8-12.

Rotax DD2 Engine

Enter the future. The FIRST complete kart designed from the tires up, ready to race. The RM1 is a 100 percent spec model kart, truly a new beginning. This low maintenance, complete package comes with a six month limited warranty, the only in the industry.

Rotax FR125 Engine

This 125cc liquid cooled engine combines high performance and power with exceptional reliability.  A single cylinder, 2 stroke engine with an electric starter, a  balance shaft that eliminates vibration, and a centrifugal clutch to avoid stalling.  If all of this wasn’t enough, Rotax topped this premier engine with a six month limited warranty, the only in the industry.  This very engine can be used for racers 8 – 88 years old.  In the minimax class, it competes at 13 hp due to a Junior Cylinder and intake restrictor.  At age 13, the intake restrictor is removed and this easily becomes a Junior class engine.  AT 18, a senior cylinder is added and this engine and is legal to race in the Masters, International or any TaG class.

Mojo

Mojo, meaning “Lucky Charm,” was developed by BRP Rotax and an experienced partner.  These high grip kart racing tires have more durability and can wear longer than the traditional kart racing tire.  Mojo is the 2005 Spec kart racing tire of the US Rotax Max Challenge.

Rotax Junior

Phil De La O led the field in the pre-main but fell to fifth.  Daniel Formal (Tony Kart) took the lead ahead of Taylor Miinch (Top Kart) Louie Pagano (Birel) and Jarvis Gennari
